India has handed over a dossier to Pakistan which includes evidence that show Pakistani elements were involved in planning and executing the Mumbai carnage. Pakistan, meanwhile, has said that the dossier is not proof enough of its involvement. Is the terror dossier prepared by India strong enough to nail Pakistan on its involvement in the Mumbai attacks?
