Former senior police officer S P S Rathore has been found guilty of molesting younf tennis player Ruchika Girhotra in 1990. He is accused of hounding her to committing suicide. Rathore, one would expect, would be troubled or show some sign of remorse. He is not. "If you target me more I will smile more," he told the media on Wednesday after getting an extension on his bail. Rathore said he smiles because he is upbeat in adversity like Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
